2.1 Participation Rules:

The Service Provider may unilaterally refuse to provide the service if, in its judgment, this is warranted by its competence or other personal reasons. Furthermore, anyone undergoing psychiatric treatment, suffering from pulmonary hypertension, epilepsy, or any other serious illness is excluded from participation. After completing the preliminary questionnaire, the Service Provider still retains the right to refuse an application if, based on the User’s condition, it deems this necessary. In such a case, the Service Provider will refund the Course fee paid in full to the User’s account within 5 working days.

Persons who have reached the age of 18 may participate in the Course independently; children who have reached the age of 14 may participate following written parental consent. Parental presence is strongly recommended for participants under the age of 18.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration for Courses and Events takes place through the Service Provider’s booking calendar (https://legzesszelidito.booked4.us/public/book). During booking, the User must provide the following personal information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • billing address
  • phone number

The User will then receive further instructions by email. The data requested during registration is necessary for the application, billing, and the smooth running of the training/event, and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Following registration, the User must pay the fee for the Course or Event. The fee for Courses and Events varies by package. This must always be settled by bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account within 24 hours of booking. The exception to this is if the event starts within 24 hours, in which case the transfer must be made within 3 hours of booking. The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for the payment (EXCLUSIVELY for private individuals), for which it uses the following data:

· Name

· Email address

· Billing address

Registration for the Course or Event becomes valid upon payment of the fee.

3.1 Video Library, Purchasing Videos

Videos are purchased and ordered via a Google Form, where the same information is requested as during Course registration, and which is used for billing and for sharing the video. In this case, the price of the selected video must be transferred while filling out the order form, after which the form must be submitted. The video is shared with the Consumer manually within 2 working days. The access period for the video materials may vary and is indicated on the website at any given time. Once the video has been shared with the Consumer, no refund is possible, as the service has been performed as expected.

Cancellation

The Cancellation terms apply to events, Courses, and Consultations alike.

If the User changes their mind and decides not to participate in the Course or Event, the booking may only be cancelled in writing, by email, under the following conditions! The time of cancellation is the same as the time the email request was sent, and the number of days is calculated from this point relative to the start of the event/Course. A certain portion of the transferred amount will be refunded to the User’s account within 5 working days, depending on how close to the start of the event/Course the cancellation occurs.

14+ days before the start of the event/Course: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

7 days or less before the start of the event/Course: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Within 48 hours before the event/Course, the fee paid is no longer refundable.

In the case of Courses or Consultations, however, the User has the option to transfer to a different date, in which case they must coordinate with the Service Provider by email. The User may make this change once. Within 48 hours before the start of the Course or Event, the full fee belongs to the Service Provider, whether the User changes their mind or any force majeure event occurs. Even in this case, the User still has the option to reschedule the date once for Courses.

4. Use of the Course

Steps for the User to take before the Course or Consultation

Before the Course, the User is sent a Google Sheets questionnaire, which serves as the preliminary assessment. The User must complete this no later than 24 hours before the start of the Course.

The applicable data processing rules and guidelines are set out in the Privacy Notice, available at the following link: https://legzogyakorlatok.com/adatvedelem-es-adatkezeles/

The Service Provider provides the User with access to the Course via the Zoom application, which the User is responsible for setting up and ensuring is in working order in advance. The Service Provider is not obliged to resolve any technical difficulties the User may have in this regard. The User may access the Course at the specified times, in accordance with the details described in the packages. In the event of force majeure, this may be modified following prior consultation with the Service Provider. Access to the Facebook group included in the packages is provided to the User by the Service Provider on the Facebook platform.

The Service Provider makes the Zoom recordings of the Course available by email to those who have chosen the relevant package, who can download them within 5 days. After this period has expired, the Service Provider can no longer be held responsible for a failure to download the recording, and in such a case the User may not claim a refund of the Course fee, as this is the User’s own responsibility. Participants are, of course, notified of this in advance.

Individual consultation within the package and other details

Individual consultations, lasting a maximum of 30 minutes, also form part of certain packages. The timing of these is decided by the User and the Service Provider through prior consultation.

The children’s Course also includes a Reward Chart, which the Service Provider sends to the address provided by the User via a FOXPOST parcel locker or the Packeta parcel delivery service, following prior arrangement. The appearance and content of the Reward Charts may vary. The Service Provider may offer the User a choice of theme among the Reward Charts, but is not obliged to do so. The Course fee includes the cost of shipping within Hungary via a Foxpost or Packeta locker. A different shipping method is also available following prior arrangement, in which case the User is responsible for paying the surcharge (the amount exceeding HUF 1,700). In the case of international shipping, the additional cost is borne by the User.

Shipping of the adult course packages is likewise carried out via a Foxpost or Packeta point/locker; this is included in the price of the packages and applies to shipping within Hungary. A different shipping method is also available following prior arrangement, in which case the User is responsible for paying the surcharge (the amount exceeding HUF 1,700). In the case of international shipping, the additional cost is borne by the User.

If the User fails to collect their package, they are also responsible for paying the return fee (HUF 1,700) and the re-shipping fee (HUF 1,700).

The Service Provider may occasionally offer a gift alongside the Course. This applies for the duration of the current promotion, or until the pre-announced quantity of gifts runs out.

In the case of a price promotion, the start and end dates of the promotion are always decisive. If the discount can be applied using a coupon code, this is possible by entering the code in the field designated for this purpose; otherwise, it is not. Once the promotion has expired, it can no longer be used.
